Attention Haggis Fans

This is on the site of the Scotsman newspaper:
http://www.haggishunt.com/home.cfm

There's a haggis hunt, a four-part guide to haggi and even a haggiscam. No Haggis-in-a-Tube (TM), though, as far as I could tell.

Martha - several years ago there was quite an amusing thread about haggis. Guess you had to be there.

Oh lordy Thanks KT! I particularly enjoyed the specifics of the celebration. Perhaps we could until the haggis hunt with the beltane journey?

I think Martha was questioning how those 2 words could ever be put together.

Lori, I think that's the first time anyone has ever suggested I don't spend *enough* time on this bulletin board.

KT, thank you thank you thank you

I'm having a totally downer of a day, and that sillysite just cheered me right up. Did make a note of the restaurants listed as haggis-friendly..

You're right, no mention of Haggis-in-a-Tube TM, even in the recipe section...

The old haggis ruse works every time. The Scotsman has done it three years running. Even Madonna and her po-faced husband-to-be were conned.

That weee beastie is one fearsome creature! Can I import one? We can ship it to Florida and it can devour all the pregnant chads

A timely thread...the time for the Haggis Harvest is nigh, so that the Puddin' can be hung and aged long enough to be palatable on Burns Night. (Eating underaged Haggis is both distasteful and immmoral.)

Check out http://www.staff.uiuc.edu/~nhbaker/haggis/homepage.html

Oops, sorry Martha. I wrote them in my still uncaffeined walking state.
