Marhaba
Will this be in your own car or a rental? The latter is most likely impossible, and even if so would be for most people prohibitively expensive.
Do you have the appropriate visas for the countries you will pass through and for Saudi Arabia also?
How much time do you have to complete this journey?
Are there any stops along the way that are particularly important to you?

It's in effect impossible to drive from Europe to Saudi Arabia by land, since the only all-road route requires you to go through Syria or Iraq, which are both too dangerous.
The route across North Africa, via car ferry from Western Europe to Morocco (or Tunisia) requires you to go through Libya, which few would want to do at present.
The only realistic route is the straightforward drive to Istanbul, then across Turkey to Iskenderum. There's probably still a carferry to Damietta in Egypt. Foreigners aren't allowed to take the direct road to Taba (the ferry port ultimately for Saudi), but need to drive to Sharm El Sheikh, then up to Taba.
It's relatively straightforward ("relatively" is the key word) to get the car ferry to Aqaba, then drive down to Saudi and
on to Mecca: coaches in their dozens transport guest workers from Cairo to Jeddah, or pilgrims from North Africa to Mecca, in just this way.
Saudi really only gives visas for people on the hajj, and aggressively discourages stunt tourism of the "I drove a Ferrari from Paris to Medina" variety. Not to mention any sort of non-religious tourism.
But if you're genuinely on pilgrimage, or have a work visa or Saudi citizenship, you can ultimately get in. I really doubt there's any way a car would be allowed, but trucks and buses regularly cross the Jordan-Saudi border. Saudi visa rules have now been changed to allow pilgrims to visit other historic sites.
