Are there any decent sized rooms in Paris and decent sized prices?

Can anyone recommend an hotel in Paris that is reasonably priced and has rooms larger than a closet for two? I would be much obliged.

Most rooms in Paris hotels are smaller than what we are accustomed to. I was a little surprised, but I have learned to live with it. I have found hotel that is air conditioned and has decent rooms with comfortable beds, but it is not the cheapest.
What do you consider a decent price??

Bob; A decent price would be under $200 a night. Thanks

We have stayed at Le Regent on Rue Dauphine, but opt for a deluxe room, which is a very nice size, great bathroom, air conditioned, and nicely furnished. The current high season rate is about $165 US. Super location, and nice staff as well.

Rebecca, email me at the address above and we can exchange more info.
There are some decent hotels in Paris, but for me a restful room in terms of street noise is more important than side. In the summer months, including early September, I think air conditioning is a good feature.
I stayed at the 4* Hotel Normandie last September and liked it very much. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. It is in the 1st arr., next to the Louvre.

Stayed at the Hotel De La Sorbonne off Boulevard St. Michel for $112 US for 3 for the night in a good sized en suite room.
