Does anybody have any recommendations for apartment rentals in Barcelona? We are 6 young women heading to Barcelona for a bachelorette and generally fun girls weekend. We would like a central location, and I guess that means near Las Ramblas? Any suggestions and info greatly appreciated!

We rented a great apartment from Way to Stay. It was a one bedroom in Barri Gotic, and everything was as it looked online.

We have stayed at the Princesa apartments twice. Love the Born area of Barcelona-definitely the best for you if you are young. very hip and lots going on.

I checked into a number of apartment rental companies before booking last year, April/May in Barcelona. Went with Habitat, and it was seamless ... good customer service and follow-through. We stayed in the Bari Gotic (a block off the Ramblas)and were well pleased with the experience. If you're not familiar with the city or airport, you might want to consider the company's limo service for your group from BCN ... it was well worth it for us, arriving at 8pm and having no idea where we were headed.
