Thinking of staying at Browns Hotel in London. Has anyone stayed there and what was your experiance. <BR>Thanks.

Arlene: My husband and I stayed there ages ago on our honeymoon, and enjoyed it. Excellent location, very tasteful in a subdued, elegant sort of way, helpful and attentive staff, very nice breakfast and high tea.

Have had the wonderful afternoon tea there several times and would love to stay there someday. Saw a bedroom once. It looked very English and fairly large. <BR>The bathroom was old fashioned but that was several years ago.Mayfair is a posh area with nice hotel, restaurants and Thomas Goodes great home store.

Is Mayfair a convenient area for walking to the well known sights. <BR>
