Anyone for choux?

On my next trip to Paris, I will try to stay in the immediate vicinity of this new shop.

Oh, I thought it was really about cabbage, which would have been good. No pastry for me.

I could almost be persuaded to visit Paris after reading that. Almost, but no, I'll make my own choux instead.

The best of all are chouquettes, choux pastry studded with bits of sugar. They are like peanuts: you cannot eat just one!

K, I know choux means cabbage, but after reading the article I needed to post it here and would not take the time to find out how to make the symbols above the a's. I knew the difference, but was too lazy to do it correctly. If you forgive me, I will buy you a 'choux' some day!
