Anthony Bourdain: where did he eat?

Anthony Bourdain's travel channel program about Paris showed him having two meals. One was in a rather upscale place and the other was a mom-and-pop eatery. Can you tell me the name and location of those two restaurants? Thanks!

Check this link. It's about Bourdain in Paris. I don't know the expensive eatery but the cheap one is Chez Robert et Louise in the 4th. The address is given in the link.

Hi to you, too, Cigalechanta. The wife and I want to give Robert & Louise a check-out in a couple weeks and will give our reactions, if we can get in for lunch. As AB said, basically, everything that makes this place work would be illegal in the U.S.
Our kind of place.

I'm having my usual bad luck, francophile03, with the link. But will keep trying. Just get bands of blue color, no text.

Can you please explain what that means?

If I recall from the show, they had cheese sitting out uncovered, an open fire where they cooked the food, and they allowed dogs inside. I guess those are all US health code violations.

Right -- the health department would have gone bonkers in Peoria.

So that was it? Dogs and cheese? With the dramatic buildup, I was expecting a bit more.
