An Afternoon in Geneva, CH

Hi all - landing in Geneva around noon time on a week day and staying in an airport hotel. Meeting family the following morning and road tripping to Milan. What's to do in close proximity to the airport? Any restaurant recommendations? Thanks for your input!

It is SOOoooo easy to get from the airport to the city, that I would encourage you to spend some time in Geneva itself, which I think under-rated. For some things to do there, see post # 28 of my trip report:
My delightful sampling of Switzerland’s gems, with many thanks

I thoroughly enjoyed a meal at Bistrot du Boeuf Rouge, which still gets very good reviews.
