I am not sure how to edit my question. I am sorry if i came off as "rude."
I love everything. The only thing I dont like are mushrooms (but i like truffles). My budget is under $100, but mostly like under $40> i would also try street food. any good places fro fries, mussles waffles, beer?

I don't have any answers, because I won't be going there (well, Amsterdam and a daytrip to Bruges, anyway) until June this year. But I can already tell you that your question is going to be almost impossible to answer without a bit more info from you.
What sort of food do you usually like? Do you like trying new things? Do you have any allergies or special preferences (like being a vegan)? Do you want local food specialties? Or chain restaurant burgers?
What budget do you have for your meals? Personally, I prefer cheap food and could easily live on sandwiches or street food for a week. Others prefer expensive restaurants, with three courses and wine. I hate the idea of wasting more than 20 Euro on a meal, including a bottle of Cola. Others will happily pay 200 for a dinner in a really nice restaurant.
