Amsterdam and Brussels Planning: Please Help (Very Short Trip)

Hi, I think the IC trains from Amsterdam may stop at Central (now I'm thinking there's no e, but whatever), but the Thalys trains will only stop at Midi.
We did catch the train to the airport from Brussels Central. I can't recall if we switch from Midi (even though it was just a few day ago!). I don't think so though. The train to the airport from Central leaves every 20 minutes or so. I think our train went on to Louvain/Leuven, if I remember correctly.
