From what I read, the babies/toddlers were sometimes rented out by impoverished mothers for this purpose, to provide a wholesome family appearance to drug smugglers. I too wondered whether this would be the next step used by terrorists, or has been already. The explosive could be in the baby's diaper, even concealed inside a turd, who'd examine that?! Something to think about.

Using a baby as cover for drug smuggling is different from trying to kill everyone on the plane, including the baby.<BR><BR>I wonder whether the 3000 people who were incinerated, crushed to death, or jumped out of buildings would be happy knowing that the civil rights of the terrorists were being fought for.
