Ambien/Melatonin/etc/what to use for sleep?

Get up really early the day you're leaving (after going to sleep really late the night before), carry your stuff a lot, just generally wear yourself out. Drink tons of water, take a couple of Tylenol PM or Simply Sleep, and do the best you can. If you're excited, it's difficult to sleep. But if you have a bad reaction to one of the sleeping prescriptions... that's worse. If you want to try one of them, get the prescription ahead of time and try it out - Ambien and I did not get along well at all.
