Alhambra from Motril Spain
We will be docking at Motril Spain on a cruise and want to go see the Alhambra. Cruise does not offer transport or tours. Any suggestions for transport or tour companies?
The cruise changed schedule and it originally had transport but no longer. Thanks in advance.

Since your cruise line doesn't offer any transport or any tour to the Alhambra in Granada and you note that the cruise changed its schedule, could it be that the ship just won't be docked in Motril for enough time to permit an Alhambra shore excursion?
That may be the reason your cruise line has omitted the private transfer and the tour. How much time will you have while docked at the Motril cruise port?
The number of hours docked could be the issue (or not...)
Although Motril is the closest cruise port to Granada, the shore excursions from there to Granada often take from 6 to even 8 hours (at least Norwegian's does; an 8-hour tour) to drive up (about an hour), tour the Alhambra complex, tour the Royal Chapel/Cathedral downtown and have time for a look around the former Arab quarter of the Albaicín before driving back to the dock.
Norwegian and Regent Seven Seas also offer a "glimpse" of Granada in 5 hours, which doesn't even include a visit to the Alhambra complex, just the Albaicin (for a view of it in the distance) and the Royal Chapel/Cathedral downtown.
