Albergo Cannon d'Oro in Siena
Has anyone ever stayed here? Is it close to the town centre?

We stayed there Tuesday night after the horrible news upon arriving to Siena... It was quite close to the center and a good deal. Nothing fancy but no complaints.... give it a try.

We have stayed there twice, most recently in april. The loacation is great...only a 3-4 minute walk to the Campo. the rooms are basic but clean.

I too have stayed there and agree with previous posts. Basic, clean, well located. My room had the kind of shower that makes the entire bathroom my shower. Not my facorite, but her, I got clean anyway.

Man were there typos in that last one! I just had to correct them. Entire room/shower not my favorite, but HEY I got clean.
