Airline

Does anyone know of a commuter airline flying from Zurich Kloten to Friedrichshafen, Germany?

Would it not be too close to bother flying? Train to Friedrischafen via Lindau would be pretty easy I would have thought. Lots of fast trains from Zurich head via Lindau en route to Munich.

The web page for the Friedrichshafen airport, http://www.fly-away.de/ indicates that there isn't such an airline. In fact, it seems to promote use of this airport as a means of getting to and from Zurich by giving detailed dtiving instructions. If you think that there might be better personal information available, you may want to consider a more helpful title, like <Friedrichshafen airport>.

Thanks all. We do have a ride to Zurich, but was wondering if there was a flight. We know it's only about a 2 hr. drive. We could also take the ferry over Lake Constance to Konstanz or Romanshorn. We've been there several times.

As it you do know the location and drive times, why would you even think of flying???. For any 2 hr by car destinations, by the time you get to airports, check in - min 30 mins before check in before extra security, risk delays etc, flying would seem to be the last thing anyone should do.
