airfare from Turkey coast to Greek islands

Greetings from Canada,

Does anyone know of the web site for flights around the Greek islands? We may ferry from Turkey coast to Rhodes and then fly to Fetia or Santorini on route to Athens or can we fly from one of the Turkish ports - Bodrum, Kusadasi etc. to the island without going through Istanbul. It seems that Turkish air flies everything through Istanbul.
Many thanks for any assistance.

You should check olympic airline. Many times you can't fly from one island to another, but need to fly back to Athens first. You will be able to take a ferry to other islands from Rhodes...they have the regular ferrys and hydrofoils which are quick. We took a ferry from Paros to athens and it was actually quite pleasant. Some boats are faster than others. You can take a ferry from serveral turkish cities, like Kusadasi to to the closer islands...like samos. We ended up doing that after I got horrible food poisoning in Turkey. Istanbul is interesting and worth spending a couple days in.

Six years ago, we did the following:

-flew from Rome to Athens, then
- flew from Athens to Mykonos (30 minutes flight), then
-flew from Mykonos to Santorini(25 minutes flight), then
-flew from Santorini To Rodas(30 minutes flight), then
- took the hydrofoil from Rodas to Marmaris in Turkey (3 hours).

All the flights were with Olympics. It worked perfectly for us.
