airfare from paris to rome
is it really $850 to fly from paris to rome? i went to the discount sites and the airline sites (airfrance & alitalia) and the cheapest fare i could find was $850. i'm not going to europe until april of 2005 but i went ahead and checked fares for april, october, and january just to see if there was a price difference but still the cheapest was $850.
does anyone know where i can find a cheaper fare? thanks in advance

Check out www.ryanair.com. They have Paris to Rome flights less than the taxi fare from CDG into Paris (if you're booking in advance).

It looks to me like you are pricing one way ticket? why???
If you are trying the majors. price a R/T and just throw away the return. You will be surprised at the fare offered.
