It would be nice to know where this apartment is. I gather Spain, but where in Spain? It's best if you put that in the title.

Have you looked at www.slowtrav.com?

It's an apartment in the Diagonal Mar / Poble Nou area, near the Forum, with Ikea-type furniture. The area was built for the '92' Olympics and is a metro ride from Ramblas.

Thanks Mimar, good observation, it's about Barcelona.
Thanks Robert, yes, this is the location, Diagonal del Mar / Poble Nou. Have you seen the apartments ? We have booked already but I'm wondering how big will be the surprise ...
Thanks both of you

I don't know about the interiors, but the exteriors are very nice. Looks like an ok place to be. We found a very nice bar not far from there and you're near the Citudella park which is very pretty. Having said that, there are more central places to be in BCN which would make it easier to get to many places by just walking.

Thanks Julie, nice to have new hopes. It's seems the place it's not so isolated. I've heard only about Citudella Park, we'll not miss it.
Thanks again.

Sorry I'm comming so late with reply for helen79 and the others, interested. The appartment it was ok, even too large for two people ... clean, almost new, only they forgott about the toweles for one day ... But, nice functionaly, with every thing you need, as a self catering. Only the windows small and high and without balcony, but there is a terace if you have time to look for it, we didn't. The city is wonderful !
