When I initially responded to this post I didn't comment on what I consider the shoddy treatment I received when I contacted them in August. Had already included my feelings in two posts and didn't want to run it in the ground or seem irrational, but I do maintain being told in June to contact them in late August--contacting them in mid August and being told they're fully booked is rotten! Have another hotel lined up and anticipate a wonderful visit in Venice, despite my disappointment, followed by anger. <BR> <BR>j
