A glue stick for my journal

Last year we went to Italy for 2 1/2 weeks. I took my usual small spiral notebook for notes, addresses, journal, etc. For the first time ever I packed a glue stick and as I picked up business cards, matches, menus etc I just glued them directly in my notebook. When I got home my trip scrapbook was already complete. It has given my a great
resource book as well as a fun trip journal. I plan to do the same thing this summer.
Just thought someone else might like this idea. jwg

That's a great idea, Jan. I always bring home tons of little things and never do anything with them.
Never thought of the glue stick.
thanks

Hi Jan, yes it is a great idea! My kids have been putting journals together since they could first write and we always pack a glue stick to attach any memorabilia while traveling.

Just did the same thing for my trip to London May 9 - 18! So much easier to do that at the end of the day before going to bed than trying to remember a month later what was what. Will be doing this from now on.

I was just wondering if that would be a good idea!! I'm glad I saw this post! We're going to Paris and Berlin for 2 weeks this summer. I like the journal idea, too, hmmmm. . . now you've got me thinking!!!
Thanks
