I hope you are well

This will be my 5th time coming to Istanbul. I will be coming with my parents and it will be there first time and will spending a week in this lovely city. I am looking for a hotel and open on where to stay. I prevously stayed in Balat and and there after have always stayed in Kadikoy. I like being in a more chilled place but still having the boat to go over to see the main sites. But I will be with parents in the early 60s so I am open on where to stay.

Dates: 28th April - 5th May
I booked a backup hotel as it was a good deal which is the below:
DIMORA HOTEL in Kadikoy

I am consdering the below hotels:

• Mia Pera Istanbul
• THE HUBİ HOTEL
• The Best Kadıköy
• Mercure Istanbul Bakirkoy

Hotel requirments are not huge:
Spacious
Lift access
A sauna would be nice to have but not essential.
Modern hotel would be a bonus
Breakfast included but not a strict requirment
My budget for two double rooms will be a max of £800.
