6-Day Europe Itinerary Suggestions?

My boyfriend and I have 6-7 days to spend in Europe. Any suggestions on an itinerary?

We'd like to do a mix of sight seeing, partying, and relaxing. We're both around 30. We'd like to avoid the 'usual.' I've been to France & London, so I'd like to avoid itineraries that include that. But anything else works! I know our tastes are fairly general, but we're really open to doing anything!

Suggestions would be awesome!

Hey those are my ideas too(!) Amsterdam and Berlin. I'm not sure why... those cities just jumped to mind in reading your post.

What time of year is this trip?

(Just for record, given the parameters, I'd pick Antwerp over Amsterdam.)

I also thought of Greece as you can find all three activities (partying, sightseeing and relaxing) very close together.

Crete would be ideal. Big party place in some areas, v. quiet rural in others, lovely beaches, biggest Greek Island with loads of good 'sights' to see. You could easily spend a couple of weeks there without running out of things to do, so a week is perfect.
