As this thread has garnered much attention, I'd like to add some more statements and information on my behalf. First off, I know this is crazy bonkers insane and who in their right mind would ever do anything like this but you are all just going to have to understand that this is the trip that we wanted and planned to do. Now that that is out of the way, I would like to address Sue and her comments towards how I carried myself on this thread. Thank you. My intentions were never negative or spiteful, but my closing line of "what are your thoughts" was very abrupt and awkward. Additionally, I did not respond to many of the other responses on here just do to a lack of time, as I'm writing this response three days late... Thirdly, my wife and I have made some major changes to the trip that drastically have affected the original itinerary. Some of the decisions were based off of the comments I received but mostly they came into fruition from long conversations between my wife and I. As of now, we will be renting a car from Tallinn, and driving through Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czechia, Austria, Slovenia and Italy, ending in Venice. The total driving time of around 34 hours can be split between the two of us. This leaves us with a much better, more thorough experience through each countries. Additionally, the trip has reverted its length to the original 35 days. I do sincerely appreciate much of the feedback I received. Continue to respond or not- I just felt like I should update this thread. Thank you all.

Lots of good places to see along that route. If you are going to Krakow I would suggest a detour via Slovakia on the way to Czechia - the Tatra mountains are well worth seeing - and hiking.
Hope you will report back after the trip.

Before you start further planning, check out rentals in Tallinn and confirm that you will be allowed to drop off in Venice and if so, at what cost. International one-way rentals can be extremely expensive as the car has to be returned to the country of origin before it can be rented again.

Yes, we are figuring out the rental car situation but for the ease and less stress of all of it, we are willing to be able to do a one way rental car through many countries. If we have to we can find a way to drop one off and pick one up within every few countries as very few go all the way from Estonia to Italy.
