2008 Italian Pop Song

I was recently in Italy and heard this Italian (I think) pop song everywhere and would love to know the name of the song or who sings it. The only lyrics that were in English appeared to be "Baby, you.."

It was very upbeat, almost a dance tune - any ideas on who sings this or the name of the song? Would love to download it as a memory from a great trip!

NMag - it's just a shame you didn't try and find the CD while you were there! Good luck with someone being able to give you the name of the song with just those two English words! Do you even have the singer's name, or the group? That would help.

You could listen to this station online: www.last.fm/music/Radio+Deejay. It plays the current hits many times a day so you might recognize the song you recently heard in Italy.

It could be “Gioca Con Me”, there is a dance version and several verses end with “baby”, but I don’t think there is a “you” in there. I hope you figure it out.

go into yahoo.com, click on "more yahoo services" and find Italia yahoo. Click on musica on the left. There will be the top 100's of what is popular in Italy now.

You can narrow it down by male, female, etc. Let us know, it sounds cute. The only song I know with Baby, you in it is by Marc Anthony.

I listen to a lot of Italian pop music. Here are some artists to investigate: Eros Rammazzotti; Paola & Chiara; Nek; Georgia; Laura Pausini; Zucchero; just to name a few

was the singer male or female? if you have itunes, there are about 10 italian radio stations on there, and you might listen there a bit and see if it pops up.

I would love to know what you find out.

I finally found it! Of all things it's the background to a new Adidas commercial. It's a remake of Frankie Valli's "Beggin" done by Madcon - they're from Norway
