2 30 year old brothers in Paris

My twin brother and I are going to be in Paris in mid January. We are 30 years old. Can anyone recommend an area of Paris that has great nightlife and is convenient to tour Paris? Thank for the help!!!

You can't do much better than St. Germain, the 6th Arrondissement. If you stay near Blvd. St. Germain you'll have easy access to the Metro, will be within an easy walk of Notre Dame, the Louvre, and the cafes in that area.

I agree with Ryan. You might like to read this thread which asks the question which is the best area to stay

You might also like to look at the website Jack-travel.com He gives a reasonably good description of each of the arrondisements and also lists some moderately priced hotels in each. Not suggesting anything more than using it for info. I also think his hidden Paris tips are interesting.

Hi MN,

You might want to look at the Marais district (4th).
