Yes, Noto is a Baroque town. I just mentioned the others because you were asking ekscrunchy about staying in Ragusa. But I may have misunderstood.

Personally, I visited only Noto. I'm not a great fan of the Baroque and my time in Sicily was too limited to include everything I might otherwise have wanted to see.
