I think it's a slightly unbalanced distribution. First of all, none of the cities you've chosen meets my definition of "fairy tale." I'm not even quite sure of what you mean by that - they're all regular, modern cities. Second, you're going to find history, museums, architecture, and scenery absolutely everywhere in France - you don't need to seek it out. I think 6 nights in Strasbourg is too much (and what made you choose Mulhouse, Freiburg, and Nancy? I'd be aiming for Obernai, Kaisersburg, maybe Riquewihr or Ribeauvillé, and the Route du Vin, seeing as you're going near the time of the vendange), but perhaps you've got good reasons for your choices. And 5 nights in Lyon seems a bit much, too. Especially as you're ending up, IMO, giving short shrift to Paris.
