14 days in europe where should we go??

We are traveling the first of June for 2 weeks.. We really havent considered budget.. I thought we could stay around $15,000..London isnt in Stone yet.. My husband is an Architect so with that being said we are interested in history,architecture,art etc.. I would love small cozy towns with great places to eat... Castles are a must!!
