I do not understand your question. You're asking how to avoid being in a middle seat but that's what you have reserved. Try asking to change back to an aisle seat I suppose.

If the plane is fully booked, you have little chance of an empty seat next to you. If not, ask the check-in agent for a 'quiet' section. It helps if you have a higher booking class (higher up the alphabet) and you belong to FF program. If you have gold or elite status, agents routinely block off next seat.
