Helping friends plan a couple of days in London before they travel to Southampton for 13-day NCL cruise. I've been out of London for seven years, so looking for recommendations on getting them from their Kensington hotel (think it's outside the congestion zone) to the Southampton cruise terminal. Train/bus out of the question due to age, heavy luggage. One-way on Sun 22 Oct 2023, cruise boarding begins at 14.00. I do not see where NCL has transfer recommendations.

Last month we arranged a private transfer with Jewels from near Victoria Station to Southampton cruise port and it was perfect, and they were the least expensive I could find by a large margin. We had carry on only, and after a few discussions, they were able to reserve a smaller car, although what actually arrived for the transfer was a very roomy late model Audi with a friendly professional driver.
