Actually, it is 3 months in France. So if you travel on Sept 5, you can first get tickets on June 4 at 6:05PM Eastern US time, which is June 5 12:05AM in France. 92 days in advance. You travel in May so it could be 89 days. You will arrive in Paris at the Gare de Lyon, which has one of our favorite restaurants in Paris - the Train Bleu.
