Can Rhine cruise Day Boats sail in hi or low water
We are considering staying in the town of Koblenz or Boppard in September. Then take KD or BS day cruise boats up river, down river, and into the Moselle. Are these boats less likely to cancel sailings if low water is stopping the larger hotel boats (ie, Viking)?
