thinking about taking a star clipper cruise

We are a couple in out 70s considering a star clipper (well royal clipper probably) cruise once the virus calms down, probably in Italy or
Greece. I have read some reviews that discuss some safety issues getting on or off the board-I guess for shore excursions. does anyone have any information about this? Any other thoughts about star clipper cruises? thanks.
