Which of the three ships are you sailing? The Wind Surf is the largest and the Wind Spirit and Wind Star are identical and a bit smaller than the Wind Surf. All have good stabilization.
Where you're sailing and the time of year will also be a factor in whether you feel motion or not.
Have you had trouble with sea sickness before? I've cruised a lot and haven't had a problem but I always take Bonine, whether I think it's necessary or not. I've sailed on large ships (2000 passengers) and small yachts with just 8 guests. Bonine or a bit of ginger has prevented all problems...even when crossing the Bering Sea.
Always try to have a little food in your stomach, avoid caffeine, don't drink too much alcohol, and stay away from greasy foods. Those tried and true tips seem to work.
I've sailed the Wind Surf and did not have a problem, although it was a bit rough during the last night as we headed back to Barbados. We were sailing FAST!
We really enjoyed our Windstar cruise and I've seen some great pricing from them lately. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We've sailed on "Windspirit" and "Windsurf", and I have agree with the above post, it depends where and what time of year.
Personally, I love it when the ship rock'n rolls. I always take non-drowsy Dramamine to start out, and then discover I really don't need it.
The smaller "Windspirit" was very calm in the Virgins. The larger "Windsurf" was calm(except for 1 short crossing) in the lower Caribbean.
We've also sailed with "Star Clippers" twice, once in the Caribbean, and once in the Mediterrean(the bumpiest, but fun).
We loved them all, but I guess our favorite was the "Windsurf". We plan to do the Lisbon to Barbados crossing one day.

Depends on the weather. My brother and SIL cruised that area in March and had VERY rough seas. The had to put the rails up so they wouldn't fall out of bed. It wasn't fun but neither of then get sea sick but many passengers were.
They have sailed at other times..I think this is their fourth cruise, and it's been perfect.
