queen mary question

What is the "real" difference between the princess and queens grill? Is it worth the money? I am just starting to look for next summer and have never cruised before. Thanks in advance.

I guess I should add that we are looking at a transatlantic crossing and there will be 3 of us in a room. Thank you so much.
