Bette Ann - So glad you enjoyed the Millennium and that you got such special treatment. We have always found Celebrity to be very attentive to any complaints made and anxious to do whatever than can to make sure you have a great cruise. We can't wait to sail with them again

We didn't like the ship or the crew. Were on the Thanksgiving sailing.<BR><BR>Will probably be sailing Princess in the future.

Sara, I am so curious, what didn't you like about the crew ( which we found to be exceptionally friendly and helpful) or the ship? Please tell me, cause my whole family ( 6 of us) can't imagine what you found to be bad. Thanks

We had poor wait staff and room steward.<BR><BR>Any request I had (extra towels, ice, etc) went unanswered. We could never find our room steward either. It was so frustrating.<BR><BR>Our wait staff was even worse. Our food was never prepared properly (ask for something medium rare, received something well done), it would take 20 minutes to correct the problem and I would be eating my dinner when others had desserts. This happened to several of us at our table and on several nights. Also didn't think the quality of the food was as good as the other cruise lines. Prefer Princess's food better and their service.<BR>
