For what it's worth, my parents and sister and her family were on the ship recently. They have been on many Princess cruies, and they all agreed at the food was not good in the absolute and compared with prior cruises.

I don't know about that cruise line but I did take the Carnival Elation down to the Mexican Riveria and it was excellent!
