I don't think this board is very representative of the cruising industry, Percy - and let's hope the Europe board is the same. There are some scary people in there. A friend of mine calls it the 'Eurosnob' board - but, of course, I don't agree with her.

I guess there are so many place to see in Europe that there seems to be questions from everywhere, about visiting Europe.

Sometimes I do not even recognize some of the places questions are asked about !!

I am indeed. I've been finding Fodor's more irritating than informative lately, so I decided to take a Fodo-break.

It's still irritating - but I find the cruising board calms me down. It moves so slowly I can pretend I'm dead.

Iris_Zompi was the one who tag on to the original post from Aurora. So, really, we should consider answering Iris's question rather than Aurora although the question is amost the same: interesting place to cruise.

Here is my answer: Galapagos.

And Dogster, welcome back. What took you so long? Were you kidnapped by the Azamara army again?

Percy, I am heading out in less than a week and I am not ready! I still have lots of homework to do.

As a traveling Single my most exotic trip was with China Focus in March. Spent 15 days in China and Hong Kong. It was absolutely wonderful. You have a few days for independent travel. Princess has a great tour to Israel. I have enjoyed traveling to Germany. Very safe for single travelers in my opinion. To me, it is all about using common sense and visiting the places that you personally want to see.

Watch the single supplements they REALLY add up!
