Info on Royal Princess
We will be sailing on Royal Princess Nov,2000, Rome to Buenos Aires. Would like to know about the ship and shore excursions. We have sailed on Princess before, so we know how the service & food are, but was wondering about the ship. Thank you for any help you can give.

Sandy
It is a wonderful ship. Just got off last Friday. Ship was like new! Food wonderful, best we ever had on a cruise! It is a smaller ship, but feels great. If you can get a a balcony--do it. Makes the cabin feel larger.
The tours are rather hectic, but we felt it was the best way to see a little bit of everything in a short time. If you have any specific questions, let me know. I'll be glad to answer you.

Yes, we sailed the Royal last year in the Norwegian Fjords...wonderful. The boat has great cabins, larger and better designed that some of the larger ones, and the common areas are the best of all the Princess boats we have been on. Off shore excursions are very well planned and are worth the time and trouble. Best of all, I won $500 in the casino!

Hi Amy,
I too, am booked on the June 29th sailing. I can't wait. Two weeks ago though the price dropped to $1299.00! That is an excellent deal for 18 days! I paid much more than that but I see they upgraded me 5 categories.
I have been on 33 or more cruises and was looking for a different itinerary. This one looked good. I am looking forward especially to Iceland.
This is my first on a Princess ship. Happy sailing!
Deb
