Help us by suggesting Cruise Lines for Mediterranean Cruise

We are looking for a nice 10-12 day Mediterranean Cruise. We have sailed on Celebrity in the past (Galaxy) and enjoyed it. We are in our late 40's. No kids.

Thanks !!

Hi Jim -
We just returned from a really great trip with Renaissance Cruises. The ship was incredible and the service was impeccable. They have a web site so you can check out their itineraries...it's www.Renaisancecruises.com

We just got back from a 10 day trip on the Noordam. We traveled from Istanbul to Rome. The ship was older, but is kept up very well. The food and shore excursions were excellent. This was our 15th cruise, but first with HAL. Surprising, it seemed like the average age was around the late 40's, like us.
We got a great price---1299(excluding air)

We also took Pacific Princess from Venice to Rome. It was also very nice. Smaller ships are very friendly.

Jim: I agree with J. Bernard. Last November we did a 15 days cruise Greece-Istambul with Renaissance. The trip was brand new. We had an outside cabin with balcony extremely confortable. They have 5 restaurants with no pre-established sitting policy, which is great. All Renaissance ships are non-smoking and kids under 18 are no allowed. Guided tours were excellent. I highly recommend them.

This spring we went on the Crystal Symphony for a Med cruise. It started in Rome, then stopped in Sicily, Venice (2 days), Bari, Kusadasi Turkey, then Santorini, Mykonos and Athens. There were several "sea" days during the trip (12 days in total). The ship was absolutely gorgeous, the food was fabulous, the tours were very good but above all else, the service was impeccable. It was perfect. There were some children on the cruise - but not all that many. It was great!

Hi! We just returned from Med. Cruise on the Orient Line--Crown Odyssey. We had the most wonderful time. There were 16 of us and we are very experienced cruisers. It was without a doubt my favorite(I've been on 25 cruises) all time and I have done Princess, Celebrity, Royal Carib. Holland American, etc. They knew our name and knew us from the moment we arrived and they did not push alcohol or gambling. They also gave out free bottles of water whenever we went off the ship which is insignificcant but a nice touch. I would be glad to E-Mail with anyone who is interested. TDay
