Guest Relations

Does anyone have an e-mail address to contact guest relations at Carnival? We've recently returned from a cruise on the Paradise and suffered severe inconvenience as the ship sailed from one port and returned to another. I complained on the ship and was given an e-mail address to contact but unfortunately lost it on the way home.

If this was due to the FTAA meeting that was held in Miami, you should be glad they shifted you over to FLL. Miami was a disaster - they closed Bayside because of it. The only area was chaos. They changed locations in order to help the passengers.

FYI - Carnival wasn't the only line who rearranged locations - RCCL did also for some of their sailings.

I live in Florida and I agree with Theresa. If you are complaining about the Miami thing, then don't really bother, because they did you a favor.
