I think the Dolphin line no longer exists. I just can't remember where the ships went. Dolphin was a low cost cruise to Bahamas out of Florida.

Sorry - not much help.

As of September 1997, Dolphin, Seawind and Premier Cruise Lines are now marketed under the Premier Cruises name.

The next chapter is that Premier went under a year or two ago. Not sure what became of their boats.

Sadly on it's way back to Miami the Seawind sank off the coast of Virginia..the crew was saved. It was a gem of a ship and I remember it fondly, we were on it last July and enjoyed the incredible crew and funkiness of the cabins, the wonderful entertainers and the whole ambiance of a little ship with a big heart.

If you are even asking about this ship, I can only assume you are looking for a cheap price! Don't do it! Make your first time memorable; save up until your can afford a reputable cruise line!

The Seawind was purchased by Imperial Majesty Cruise Line who fell on hard times. The ship is sitting forlornly in Aruba, lit up like a Christmas tree but it is not going anywhere.

The Dolphin IV was purchasd by Kosmas Group of Panama and was operatedby Cape Canaveral Cruise lines. Cape Canaveral Cruise Lines has folded and the ship has gone back to it's parent company.

The Rembrant will sail again under new ownership as a time share in 2002. This should be interesting.

Paul
