Dinner at LeBistro on NCL Sky

We are sailing to Alaska on NCL's "Sky" in May. I have read about great meals at the specialty restauurant "Le Bistro". Can anyone describe a memorable meal they enjoyed? I love bouillabaisse and hope its on the mneu. Tks.

IMHO, Le Bistro is the only restaurant on the Wind [have not been on Sky] in which the food was edible.

It was good. I will not sicken you with a description of the others.
I can't remember the various choices but it was worth the price of admission. The food was much better than in the regular dining rooms and the service was the best I've ever had.

We were on the NCL Dream 11/02 and ate in Le Bistro 1 nite. WOW and I generally will not pay extra to eat aboard ship and thought the dine room food was usually decent. I got a cop of the menu before we went thru one of the other message boards, probably cruisecritic.com. The menu I have is 2 pages and there are some specials each nite especially in the desert category. We did: escargot(double order each), baked onion soup, filet, ceasar salad, and chocolate fondue/special desert of eve.

Hi Terry,

When we were on the Sky LeBistro was a $10 surcharge. Just the chocolate fondue was worth double.
