Carnival's newest ship Carnival Vista deck plans

Carnival Vista is the name of the newest fun ship in the Carnival cruise lines fleet. The design is kinda modified dream-class - at least the number of decks is the same, and the cabins plans show no differences compared to the new Breeze, Dream and Magic Carnival ships.

But there are many differences related to the dining and onboard fun activities. The Vista ship has the Carnival's first Multiplex entertainment center - which has the first at sea Imax cinema and the 3D cinema Thrill. Also there are more places for informal dining, and very interesting - a family dedicated lounge (Carnival calls it Family Harbor) - with new types of family cabins located around it.

The new Carnival ship Vista also has a Havana complex - which is like a luxurious neighbourhood, with its own pool, lounge and bar, and three new types of cruise cabins located around it - suites, balcony rooms and inside staterooms.

The ship has Cloud 9 Spa center, Serenity (adults deck) and all the new Fun Ship 2.0 food and drinks places. Also new for the Carnival fleet is the SkyFitness gym (on the sports deck) and the first at sea roller coaster (Carnival calls it SkyRide). You can see what is where at this link to my info source - the Vista's cabins and deck plans review

and this is the Carnival lines page for the ship

I guess for Carnival to compete with Royal Caribbean and NCL new ships is way more difficult than in the past. Still, Carnival Vista has many interesting features, which combined with the Carnival line's traditionally cheap cruise prices makes the new ship a great choice for vacation.

Wow. The innovations on ships continues to grow and grow.

We booked the NCL Getaway for May and I can't wait to check out this new ship.

Thanks for the link to this latest from Carnival.
