Booking an additional cabin
Hi - we have booked a suite on the Carnival Inspiration and have a question. If, after we board, we decide that the suite is too cramped (there are 5 of us), what are the chances of being able to book another cabin? Since the ship will already have sailed will they offer us a good deal on an inside cabin? Has anybody ever done this?
Thanks

You may or may not be able to do this depending on whether the ship is full or not. However you will not get any price reduction at all. You pay regular fare which will probably be higher than if you booked when you booked your suite. The Inspiration is an older smaller Carnival ship and the suites are not as big as some now on newer ships. You might check now and just book another cabin. Remember you can use the bathrooms/showers in the spa too for no charge.

Carnival tends to charge 3rd and 4th passenger in a cabin the same rate as an inside cabin rate anyway. You might as well book an inside cabin close to your suite.
With 5 in a suite, even a 2 room suite is troublesome at best, especailly when everyone need to use the "facility" in the morning.
