My opinion: Just as two sources may have different rates, they may also have different minimum stays.
Expedia is as reputable as any on-line agency out there. If you book with them and they provide you with confirmation, I think you're safe.
You might find that when you get to the final stage of booking on Expedia, the deal doesn't go through because of the minimum stay. If it does go through, I would think you're in the clear.

This should solve your problem. Get a price thru Classic Custom Vacations (thru a TA) They are owned by Expedia and Atlantis is Classic's Hotel list. This way you will get the same deal and you will find out the exact details (minimum stays). Just call any TA and they will take care of it for you.
I have found that Expedia is not big on details...so better safe than sorry.
I just checked both sites and I don't know what you are talking about, though. I saw terrace view $400 and water view $470 on expedia but it did not tell you what tower. I have found expedia to be pretty vague and many details left out. I like to be able to talk to someone and I also like to choose my own airline seat, you cannot do that on expedia either.
