Which Sandals, or does DR offer better?

My fiance are looking at doing our honeymoon at a Sandals on Jamaica and aren't sure which one to choose. Any inside info on how each compares to the others? Or are there any AIs in the Dominican Republic that would make for a nicer honeymoon?

They all vary to some degree. For beach, Negril is always considered to have the best - actually one of the best in the Caribbean. Sandal MoBay does have the largest private beach in Jamaica but small pools, very active (party) and personally I felt the least romantic. Royal is more laid back, very beautiful, great off shroe island. Dunn's is active but not as much as MoBay, is a pool centered resort, impressive Italian decor. Ocho is kow for its personal atmosphere and beautiful gardens.

The maps are really pretty true to the actually resort so if the map shows a deep but short beach - it is just that. Also,if you can look past the air brushing, it too gives a good idea!
Seems like the DR AIs are much bigger. Does that take away from much?
