Oceanbreeze1, unless it has changed when I attempted to do so once a fee was required. One can sign up on there web page to access them but if you chose to contact the people pertaining to a rental I believe you did---I actually called them about it but it could have changed as I say this was a few years ago prior to owning a timeshare.
