Where to stay in Curacao

Hi all - Mom and I are heading to Curacao at the end of November and trying to decide where to stay. LionsDive looks okay but we're afraid it might be busy being right on Mambo Beach. On the other hand, the Santa Barbara looks nice, but a lot of the reviews note that it is secluded. We've never been to Curacao before so I'm not sure which is better - to be too busy or too secluded. We will have a car and plan on one day on the water, one day in Willemstad, one day on the west side, and hopefully one day relaxing. Both of these hotels still have availability. (I know Avila is booked for our dates.) Any suggestions on these hotels or other options would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

In Curacao there are numerous lodgings for stay for example Renaissance Curacao Resorts and Casino which is found in "La Otra Bando," which means the opposite side.; Papagayo Beach Hotel and Resort comprises of lodgings and suites with public pool and sea shore region with well known cafés and bars, a couple of shops, a gambling club, and a Dutch basic food item store. At night, the encompassing eateries play unrecorded music and host DJs, so you can move the night away—shoeless obviously. While it is anything but a comprehensive, you have all that you need inside strolling distance. one more hotel is Santa Barbara Beach and Golf Resort curacao The resort offers pools, golf, tennis, diving, boating and other watersports, as well as a full-service spa and four onsite dining options.
