wedding in St. Lucia
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had hotel and/or wedding coordinator recommendations for St. Lucia. We are looking to get married in Soufriere and will have about 35 people. We want something nice, but also reasonable. Has anyone stayed at Le Haut Plantation for example? Thanks so much!!

I've stayed at La Haut (Feb 2010).
Pros
It's in a beautiful idyllic setting overlooking the Pitons and the gardens and pool are lovely.
It's relatively inexpensive
Cons
It's not on the beach and car hire is recommended as taxis are expensive
The restaurant is slow and with a limited menu .. everything is on Caribbean time. food is average
Main disadvantage are some of the rooms. The ground floor rooms in the main building are dark with low ceilings and you can hear every plumbing noise from the upstairs rooms (flushing included), every footstep, voices, etc.
Use the search function as there have been a few 'St. Lucia wedding threads' recently
Here's a link to my trip report (look for others using the search function!)
